I place one or two food trolleys per ward, even if they are only decoration at the moment. Maybe sometime in the future nurses actually use them like the janitors use their cleaning trolleys.
Would have to hire chefs, food service staff, etc. Would be a good addition, doesn't make sense without it
It is the same with all the washing business ... it's done by a third party outside of our hospital. As for all the administrative staff (paying wages, invoicing health care insurers, etc.).
You are of course perfectly rigth. Food 'appears' out of thin air, but I think we can tolerate that because it's not that important (at the moment at least). PH's focus is more on the 'medical' side at the moment, while the management/administrative side is on the back seat. But if Oxymoron Games sticks with PH and we keep funding it via DLCs, then more of it will come ... the new DLC brings in a whole chunk of new stuff to add to your hospital.
