Making money in the early stages
Love the game but I'm either just not patient enough or doing things wrong in terms of a "build order" so to speak on when to do certain things.

I usually start with 5 doctor's offices in the ER Triage and work through my grants to get more money, but then I can't ever get 60 patients in a day. If I keep building more doctor's offices, my cost goes up and i start making very little money.

My questions really are:

1. How do I know when it's time to start building into Trauma and pouring money into that?

2. What about General Surgery? When do you start going that route?

3. Do you just build an X-Ray room? When do you usually start building a CT Room, MRI, etc?

I appreciate it guys.

I have restarted SO many times...lol
The way I have found is:
Build all clinics!
Accept cheapo insurance, but I dont accept the others until I can go through 40 patients in a day easy. Then I just accept the 120% ones, till I get all the clinic built.
Start: 4x GP's(leave room for 2 more on this floor. I try and have 8-10 GP's by the time I open my hospital fully)
1 bath, one stat lab, and one xray..Dont worry about foundations walls floors for a while.
Wait for those bonuses.
Next: I like to add the CAG room. And, the next clinic. (if you are clearing all patients at this point, add another insur) Keep this up, till you get all clinics. And letting the clinic run a few (ingame) days to see if you may need an extra exam room or whatnot.)
Now, you should be able to start opening your first surgery unit. (DONT choose ER/Gen Surgery or ICU..save those for last..AND...Id place/save up for ICU and have it running, before you open a Gen Surgery or ER trauma. ICU>GS>Trauma/ER) And, I seem to be cruising right along with this way. I have no loans out doing it this way. And, Im making around 30k a day profit. (not pouring in the riches, but its the best Iv done yet..lol)

You should branch out quicker. Start with about 3-5 ER doctors, and then start making other departments. Don't go right into hospitalization.

build all clinics first do not build trauma or wards coz it will bleed you dry to begine with get all your clinics going the patients will pour in then you start making money i asked yesterday thats what i was told done today and money is gold lol surgeries ie make money too having them doing operations day and night

The best way is to start from 3 emerg. Then build lab if insurance say it. Then after reachung 20 ppl go to other departments. Try avoid loan higer then 60000. Cos its greedyest devs i ever seen.

Iv been messing around with my hospital.
The weird thing I can do is;
I have all hospital room, besides ICU. ok...Now I know that when I get ICU on, I start getting collapsing patients. Instant, as soon as I hire the nurse..*Bing*...Then, collaps, collaps..etc...And, 10 people that need a TC unit..That leave if I dont turn it on too. But, with them both running, I start having issues with ward beds..Everything seems to stop working right, as soon as I activate either TC, or ICU. I leave them off, and Im curing 70+ people during the day, losing about 8 a day from my time running out. And, maybe one a day from not being able to be treated, for some low reason or another. And, I have about 10 cures as soon as I open my clinic...Bank...But, the TC and ICU just fubar it all....lol
