prefab vs player
I must say, I do love the prefabs that are there. I think they are both pleasing to look at, and function well.
With that said. I do find myself wanting to make my own nurses stations, and on call rooms. Why? Glad you asked... There is usually "crannies" that you can only put so many waiting areas..lol Anyway, these areas make for good placement areas for on call and nurses stations. You can usually get them closer to where they need to be, than with a prefab.
My issue:
When I am building my own, I like to leave my nurses stations "open". Part of the hallway. But, doing so, for the room to work, you HAVE to place stretchers....why? they mostly use the ones in the prefab rooms. There's hundreds of them...But, for me to make a new NS, I need MORE...lol
Anyway..If anyone read that>>>Dev's<<<Could you please turn that off? Maybe have the game recognize if there is at least 1 per nurse. So, if you are building all the rooms, you are going to need 1 per surse, and therefore need to place one. But, otherwise, it really messes with hallway use.
TL;DR Shoudnt need a stretcher every time you make a new nurses station. (the end):)

As far as I know, the stretchers are optional. I build without them and they work just fine. The stretcher is highlighted as 'optional' item.
