Level up staff
When does a doctor nurse level up. I have an intern with 100% general medecine and 58 diagnosis but he doesn’t level up. Why?
When he does level can I choose a specializations or is that automatically?

Under their picture and level indicator is a bar that fills up with their experience - when this fills up they should level up.

When they level up they automatically choose a specialisation but you can change this.

Regarding the levelling up: is it the bar where intern is written?
Or is it the bar in skills or a completely different bar?

How can I change the specializations?

It is the bar where intern is written.

Specialisations you just click on the symbol of it and it gives you options to change it - note that if you switch specialisations they start at 0% in the new specialisation.

The bar of intern does not fill. Only the one of the general medecin and diagnosis. Is this a bug?

Yes he works at the emergency clinic. Why? Is this supposed to be or an already identified bug?
