The ability to link waiting rooms to specific labs/diagnostic rooms would also be a good idea. It's a bit frustrating when you build one for a specific room but then your patients skip the main waiting room and go to the specific one instead, taking seats away from those waiting for lab results or certain tests.
Also, as you add more departments it would be a good idea to make at least one or two bigger map sizes to give players more room for the new departments. Perhaps 128x128 and 160x160?
With staff training, perhaps you could make it so that interns don't take up an actual employee space until they reach residency, allowing you to make your hospital a teaching hospital like Seattle Grace Mercy West from Grey's Anatomy? Or perhaps give them a seperate on-call room, call it an 'internship program' or something like that?
a battle royale could be fine too
:-) Danke
