tickets waiting rooms

I now have a separate waiting room for each of the different clinics in my hospital - do they each need a ticket machine and display screen? I have only one reception area for emergency by the way.

If you want to use the digital queue system, every waiting room needs one queue machine, and at least one info tv. They are tied to their own waiting room.

If you don't have them, Doctors / Nurse's etc have to come out of their office and tell the Patient. This takes a bit more time and is less efficient.
