DLC. Intern mode?

I'm on the second tutorial of doctor mode, the goal is to treat 8 patients of controlled doctors at Emergency in intern mode.

What is intern mode??

It is difficulty level which you can choose on top right with three bars icon.

This seems to have changed at some point. It looks like now you have to tick any one box for intern mode, any two for resident mode, and all three for specialist mode.

You can choose between either applying this to all patients or just those you control, and I think it counts towards the objectives either way.
