But on dayshift they operate all the time, they even prep op room 2 while finishing up in op room 1. So there are constant surgeries going on. But nightshift never. And I have the same staff on both.
Will have to check the roles like Manouche said.
Thanks everyone

I started a new game and now they operate at night. I must have clicked something to disable night surgeries in that last game.
- Its caused by not enough of assistants and nurses with medical surgery speciality
How I managed it?
- As 1 surgical team I consider:
- 1 surgeon (diagnostic, surgery, no assisting)
- 1 anesthesiologist (diagnostic, anesthesiology, no assisting)
- 2-3 assistance (diagnostic, assist) (depends of size of departmetn)
- 3 nurses ( care, transfers, surgery)
- As game you play assistantants get more experience and they are prometed to
specialists, then chose them as anesthesiologists and to all anesthesiologists
allow assisting at surgeries
I tested it and it works very well. (Tested on my big hospitals, u can find them in workshop.
Hope I helped.
also because this thread was helpful :)
