No Waiting Room To Reach Radiology - Patient Leaves

Sorry, I've been searching for a answer to this issue - so I'm posting.
I have an X-Ray department and right next to it is a waiting room, it is empty, but yet, the patient says there's "no waiting room to reach radiology " so the patient leaves. X-Ray is radiology. The waiting room is right next to it, so - is this a bug? Thank you.

Click on the managment mode(Gear cogs) click on Radiology dept at the bottom. See if there says Waiting room 0 or 1 there....if its 0, you don't have a waiting room for it.

Mine is 0 even tho waiting room is right in front of it so how do I fix the problem?

It's because your waiting room is not the radiologie one. Eatch departement have their own one.

Lots of depts require that they have their own waiting room.
The other waiting room probably belongs to another dept.
So you need to build another waiting room ensuring that it belongs to
the radiolgy dept.

first u have to go to the radiology dept tab, and the from there build a waiting room.
U may have built a waiting room, but for a previously oppened dept. tab, for like ER.
If u are switching between departments, its visualized , witch room belongs to witch depts.

Quick fix for this is, have the waiting room only touch a radiology dept area..it will auto convert into a Radiology Waiting room....or....click on the managment mode, click on radilogy like I directed you to before...then hit waiting room and draw out a waiting room.
