How to Increase Patient Intake?
My insurance mission is calling for 40 patients treated a day, but insurance only sends me 30. Am I stuck forever now or am I missing something?

I have the first two (Uninsured and CheapOCare) unlocked. First has all of it's objectives completed and the second is giving me the impossible mission. The mission for the third (locked) insurance company is to "open General Surgery", but I can't as I haven't unlocked the rooms through insurance missions, which I haven't even been given to me.

I was able to open my intake to 40 after establishing a general surgery department. After I placed down all the necessary rooms, a new insurance company opened and added 10 more to my current 30 intake.

I have everything ready for general surgery but I can't place on-call rooms for that department. It says that I must unlock General Surgery rooms through insurance missions, but I can place every room except for the on-call rooms.

If you go to management and click the surgery button I believe on the left side a few rooms should show up with red numbers on your left menu. Once you have those placed you will get the insurance missions like treat x patients in the surgery department. And then a few steps down the road you will unlock the other rooms.

My guess is that you are most likely missing the waiting room in front of the surgery office. It functions similar to the doctor office so you need a waiting room.

I believe someone else made a post like this before and has a screenshot in it of the actual menu, but I am sure you will figure it out or you can look up the other thread.

You will hate this game. I played for like 10 hours before I figured this out. You actually need more seats. The insurance companies only sends you people based on how many seats you have and not how many are being used. Its ridiculous but that is prob what your missing.
