Doctor not taking patients

Has anyone else been having trouble with this? I created two doctors offices and hired two doctors. All the patients are being assigned to one doctor, and when trying to switch their doctor on the patient card, it just clears when selecting the second doctor.

I was not enough for me.. I had to load a previous save and stazrt all over again.

Now, my doctors are stuck idling, nothing make them move from their workstation, not even firing them.
I'm sadly giving up on this game.. :/ :'(

Same issue from my side today. Never got issue before that, with 6 doctors in 6 doctors rooms, but after a floor re-design (taking 5 new doctors in 5 new rooms), the doctors are never assigned to new patient.

I try to fire/hire new doctor, close/open departement, re-load... Stuck with this issue and my money drop down! :(

It is in sandbox.

i never play sandbox and i have never this prob

I have the same problem and many patients stuck on the street until 5pm, so I can't diagnose them because this. Just 70-80% per day. That's sad..

Thank you for answer! Your colleague just have resolved the issue in bug reporting forum:

Each time i modify a room, in didn't take care of doctor that were in the doctor room, and i considered them "automaticaly fired". But in reality, they weren't : they were boring at home and still present in doctor ressources list.

Following your colleague proposal, i try to really fire them from doctor list... AND IT WORKS!

It seems that having some "unassigned"/"unfired" doctor (after room suppression) in the doctor list could interfer with assigment.

i know this is late but i was having the same issue too, don't know if this is the same bug or not, but i found a fix. had 4 doctors but only one was taking. i had two waiting rooms so i made merged them into one, that got them working again. only had chairs in one and the other empty. so my guess is doctors only pull form one waiting room.
