How do you clean blood off the floor?

Janitors just dont clean any blood on the floor.

I have been removing it by replacing the floor.

Am I missing something that cleans it?

I noticed janitors from emergency department wouldn't clean up blood in the operating theatre from surgery. I hired a janitor specifically for surgical and he cleaned up the blood immediately.

So I have this same issue, but my area is marked as corridor, it is actually tutorial level 4, prebuilt hospital, so all built as should be a presume.

I have 3 janitors all cleaning up around the blood. They mop right up to it and then go clean elsewhere. They are also doing it in a place marked waiting area, mop all around it, but never the actual blood.

This is the ER and these janitors are all ER. I know I must be missing something simple.

You can just replace the floor tiles over it and it will disappear...

Edit: It's free too if it's the same type of flooring :)

Yes, Ascorbic said he was doing that, I know this is an option, but it isn't right. They should clear up the blood. I'd rather fix the hospital, learn what I am doing wrong and have it function properly than keep replacing the floor.

Unless it is a bug? But I feel it isn't, I believe I am doing something wrong because the blood is in two very specific locations within the ER. Almost like that bit of corridor and that waiting room aren't part of their cleaning route.

Edit: But to clarify, it is part of the ER. In management mode it highlights are part of the ER and I can see I have 3 ER janitors in the day.
