How to unlock ambulance?
Hi guys,

I´m not able to unlock the ambulance and I don't know why. I have general surgery and ICU fully unlocked, fully built and running fine.... is there anything else to do??

Have you been unlocking healthcare insurances? Once you unlock the third (or is it the fourth?) one, you get to buy an ambulance.

It's 6th objective of all insurance companies except "uninsured" and "cheapo'care"

What must i do to unlock the other insurance compagnies ?

Building one of the following Departments:

-General Surgery
-Cardiology
-Internal Medicine
-Neurology
-Orthopedics

And after that the Insurance of the Department should be able to be accepted.

It's written in insurance panel ... for example, to unlock AbdomiGUT you need to build and open a general surgery clinic ... than the incurance company will be unlocked, you can activate it and follow the other objectives
