No patients? Why?
I'm on tutorial #2. I have all my rooms and staff. It says I need to complete step 6 which is treat 6 patients. However, no one is showing up.

It's been 2 days, I'm twiddling my thumbs watching as time speeds by (too slowly even with the faster speed setting), and nothing is happening w/ patients.

What's going on?

*edit*

Day 3. Staff is confirmed to be set to day time. Both Radiology and Emergency sections have green checkmarks on rooms and staff. The 3 staff I have are working. They go home at night (there is access in and out of the hospital). Plenty of people walking about on the streets. Yet not a SINGLE patient showing up.

Is this another bug?

Not sure on why this is happening in tutorial, but you need insurances selected in Sandbox or you don’t get patients.

Just checked. The Insurance Button (umbrella) is unlickable and greyed out in Tutorial 2.

Are you sure you have the right amount of staff?

Make sure it's open, it only hapens when you finish all the necessary rooms. Maybe your bathroom is missing or lacks doors (sometimes you forget to add doors to the toilets. Also make sure there's staff for all rooms. You can check the indicators in "Management mode" and see if there's something missing or wrong.

Both the staff and rooms show a green check mark, indicating I have all that I need. A pop up appeared saying that the hospital was open and was able to accept patients. Then at night, it said it was closed and patient intake was closed.

I have no clue what is going on or why. There are NO indicators that anything is wrong, and all the indicators that exist, show that it should be working fine.

I started tutorial 2 over from the beginning. This time, I hand made each room. The first time, I used some prefabs in the radiology department. Perhaps that was the difference.

The other thing I noticed in the first time, was that I hired a radiologist BEFORE the room was complete. It said that she had no place to go, but I figured I'd assign her the room once it was done. I did get around to assigning her to the room, but it didn't make a difference it seems. I had to fire her and then hire a new radiologist once the room was built.
