stuck in elevator

I can't figure out why my peeps are getting stuck in the elevator. It's making my staff late for work.

I deleted the elevators and re-added them, but it's still happening. Any ideas?

Do you have any other buildings?

just the one, it takes up most of the map. Just two floors so far.

I think I fixed it I deleted both elevators, and the corridor designations on both floors, put back the default construction flooring then placed only ONE elevator. Then placed back the flooring I was using, avoiding placing it over the elevator and it worked ok after that.

My build has 12 elevators, it can't be the number.

Well, I have two more elevators toward the back of the building, but they are not being used much right now. Not sure if it was the fact that I had two elevators right up against each other that caused it or not. I will need to do more testing when I get home from work tonight. I did have two stuck patients on the first floor too, but I clicked on send to another hospital and they left. They weren't in front of the elevators though, so don't know how that would have caused ppl to get stuck in the elevator, seemed to only happen with ppl going up to 2nd floor.

If it happens again, I will do that, thanks Roman. I did fix it by deleting the elevators and floor tiles, and now it works OK. I do remember though, that before it happened, I placed a couple of plants in front of them that then couldn't be removed, I will test this and see if that was what did it or not.
