Insurance to Unlock Events

Not sure if this is a bug or maybe I'm just doing things wrong, but the first objective for Quick Snap Insurance is to complete one event--but I can’t unlock events until I complete this objective...which I can’t complete because events are locked until I complete it! Am I supposed to wait for a random event to trigger that unlocks this?

Did you do the 5 ambulances to unlock Quick Snap Care? I haven't gotten that far ahead but the file says that you need to save 2 patients from collapse as the second objective for them and then to do an event after that.

So in that case you should have events unlocked. They're at the top left of the screen somewhere on play :).

Oops, I just went back to the game to double check, it's not the first objective, it's bonus objective 2/11. It says successfully finish one event in order to unlock the events.

Completing the first objective unlocks random events only. You need to complete one of these before the buttons for manual triggering are unlocked. I believe you need night clinics set up before random events will trigger, then they will trigger fairly regularly (you can alter the probability in tweakables.xml if you get impatient).
