Report a translation problem
If it's a computer, you need to assign them to another computer, or wait until the night shift if there are no night shift staff on for that room

I had a similar issue with an ICU bed. Turns out that it was marked 'In use' by a patient who had been hospitalized in ICU almost a whole day ago and was now in a different department. I had to wait for him to finish treatment and leave the hospital AND until midnight of that day to be able to finally move it.
