Observation room problem

Playing Sandbox, and I get really annoyed by the fact that I can't send people til observation without them just returning to the waiting room and then go to a doctor. Everything is in order for it to work since Observation room works with some people. But I used to be able to send people who needed an x-ray to observation to get them treated through there? Now when I try that they go from the doctors, to a free bed in observation, "lie down", get right back up again and return to the waiting room to go see an doctor, even when I both added treatments and examinations. This is really annoying, since I sent the patient to observation at 17.58 since I knew they wouldn't make it with waiting, and then they just get back up from bed when they get there and the clock is after 18 to go wait at the waiting room for a doctor. And ofc, when they get there they get angry and leave since it's closed.... (I'm talking about the emergency department here)

This also happened with some of the other patients I sent there just before closing, they just return and then they leave.. It's really annoying!

Anyone else got this problem? or know how to fix it?

I have noticed the same thing. But in the same time I realised that clinics can be open now 24/7 ...and that solved the problem .

I haven't play sandbox , but I find it very negative that patients are not treated properly in observation .

Patients are automatic released from observation. Its a feature not a bug. In the past there were many complaints about patients with minor illness who were flooding the observation room. Often you had to hospitalize them to a specialized department to treat them. Now when its sure that someone has no major desease or dangerous symptoms they are automatically released to the clinic.

I agree that manual release to the clinic would have been a better solution.
