How to get the best Prestige?
I've tried decorating rooms, putting fridges, water coolers, sofas and radios in doctor's rooms (bathrooms in there too) so they can meet their needs, I have 3 doctors for 1 clinic to see 25 patients so that they can have some break time to fulfill needs and yet nothing is being done still to increase my prestige?

Does anyone have any tips or suggestions?

I asked this too. Make sure you have no mean or depressed or dirty feet doctors/etc.

after making sure your staff is happy, make sure your patients are as well. You can do that by making sure they aren't bored, and being treated well and having decorations in their waiting room.

Ive done all of this and it's still garbage... is this another bad in game bug/ bad explained features not working properly?

It's a feature that they're tweaking and it's not very well explained to be honest. You can use the staff and patient list to view their satisfaction also and it helps find issues.

Hire more doctors, each doctor at lvl 5 can generally only see 5-8 so they are likely critical so they cant take breaks. When i was seeing 80 patients in ER alone i had 20 doctors and struggled till they got to lvl 3.

I'll try a 4th doctor, but with 3 it seems they're quick enough. I'll see if that helps, but I doubt it. xD My other issue is also not making enough money per day to save up and build/make more special areas like radiology and etc.

I find that opening ER ia easy, i dont use Rad or Lab with ER since you can tell by the available diagnosis what each person has, move into GS is what kills me, Rad, Lab, GS and ICU are insanely expensive and i always find myself 500k in debt from loans, but if you open basic clinics for all departments then you get more patients and a basic lab/rad itll become easier ER has a really low treatment payout compared to IM and Neuro. Try to open all clinics and see if that works/helps. Remember patients are assigned to providers based on the order your prpviders are hired, try to make it so they all are seeing patients without being overburdened.

No clue what you're talking about as far as "open all clinics". I'm new to this sandbox and I don't know what I need to open before I can open other things.

I'm not sure also what "cliinics" you're referring to. All I know is I made the basic clinic and now it says to do Radiology and I made one of each room and it cost me 190k and costing me about 2k income a day to run it, so i'm making less than i was before i just did basic clinics.

General surgery, cardio, neuro, and starting doctors are the clinics. Open all those before you open their hospitalization. Each one has it's one doctor's office.

When doing sandbox mode it says that I haven't met insurance requirements yet

Thats because you are looking on the right side of the screen, thats hospitalization, look to the left, clinic can be opened at anytime from the very beginning. I promise, just loaded a new map and immediately could build a ortho clinic, not hospitalization.

Oh alright I guess I misunderstood that then lol

So what are best ones to open and consider

Also do certain clinics make more money or get more patients in?

I personally believe that when you look at departments from right to left on the bottom UI panel is the order in which they are best priced, therefore Neuro amd Cardio have some of the most expensive treatments. The issue is that the 1st insurance company on pays you 70% of all treatments regardless. The 2nd one pays only 80% the 3rd and 4th pay 100% and the last pay 150% of each treatment.

So then the sooner I fulfill the other insurance companies wishes, the sooner I can get the better payments for my clinics so long as I can "treat" the patients properly and have good prestige.

Ok one other question if I may, and thank you so much for your help...HOW do I get people to go to these clinics? Do I just make one big bottom floor building and set up receptions and people go to them as needed, or do my patients go to the emergency clinic first, get "tested" then sent to those clinics? Didn't know if I should make an entry for each clinic from the outside or just one big bottom floor clinic type hospital.
