On call room and nurses station

What are the uses of these rooms and why do I need both?

Is there like a wiki that breaks this down somewhere? :D

Both are for hospitalisation. One is for doctors and the other is for nurses. They're both work stations during shifts (not break areas) where employees can look through and write in the patients' journals etc.
