Adding more names to the randomized list?

Is there a way to add more names to the randomized lists? I sometimes have three patients with the last name Smith in my clinic at the exact same time... It gets a tad confusing. I tried editing the "StringTableEnNames.xml" file to add more names but while it does change the first 20 to the names I specified in the files it does not accept any other names than those first 20. Does someone know how to do something like that?

I just use the workshop one so I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing changing the FIRST_NAME_COUNT value in the tweakables.xml should work.

Yeah I asked the creator of that mod how to edit the name list but they haven't responded so I decided to try messing around with the game files myself. Editing the name count in the Tweakables.xml worked perfectly! Thank you very much for your quick help.
