Screen flickering in Fullscreen mode

Title. Screen flickers repeatedly in fullscreen mode making the game unplayable. Windowed mode does not have this problem. I've reinstalled the game with no luck. Any ideas?

Bumping this one. To add, when I closed the game, the flickering persisted even when I opened other apps. Restarting my device and uninstalled the game and it didn't help.

Worse, now every time I open apps with dark theme (i.e Chrome Incognito), the background seems to have some dim SoC screen leftovers (mainly around the edges of screen). If I open apps/games with bright UI, the screen flickers.

Edit : the flicker and leftover SoC UI/screens slowly fades away, but it's just annoying that it takes around 45 mins - 1 hour for it to completely gone, while full screen SoC takes less than that to cause the flickering
