Norns being strong is probably a side effect of playing on random maps, otherwise you often don't have resources for them and skinchangers have the downside of being slow AF at start.
Arcana-chaos combo is brutal though, and ravens is one of the cheapest late game viable armies.
Arleon and Braya both sitting there with ranged units that have to take an entire turn to reload while Vanir has a unit that can literally teleport across the map every turn and attack in melee without retaliation. It is a cool race for sure, but needs significant tuning of numbers either buffing the other races and giving them new abilities or just tuning down of the race pretty much across the board.
Well, Vanir has some very nice and easy strengths, there is no denying it, and there is a chance some things will be balanced, Nornor for example has a very comfertable lead in the kill/death ration league. But looking at many of the pvp matches, they aren't the ones winning right now, that's Rana!
There are tactics for all factions, and counters for them too, but some tactics are absolutely easier to find and use than others!
