How do i level up alt wielders?

My main is 12, and my new guy is only 3. He can't really contend against the stuff im fighting atm. Is there a way to give him a portion of my xp?

Teaching (Tutor) skill, somewhat random, but if you have a few points invested in magic it usually appears as well. It gives up to 75% of the wielders xp to the other wielder, as long as he is below the xp threshold (so if you have 10K xp on the wielder with the skill, it will bring the other wielder to 7.5K xp).
Otherwise just find the xp granting objects, like reflecting pools, archway portals, ruins, etc.

Collect map objects. Though in general in this type of games you got 1 wielder to fight, rest is transport/eco
