How do you get both chaos and arcana skills?

i been playing skirmish and i see their are tier 3 versions of the combined chaos and arcana essecne skills but none of the factions generate those essecnes together. got any tips one how to get those skills

Wielders can generate magic too.

i know that with the dedicated magic skills but the skills i get are only the factions own magic. loth order, destruction and arcana. rana creation, destruction and arcana. arleon order, chaos and creation. braya with order, chaos and destruction. I know that braya can upgrade their tinkers to generate creation essecene as well but they still don`t have access to arcana essecene.

There is a skill which lets wielder generate all magic types.

attuned yeah i now that it does but it does not raise the spell tier of those combined spells at all. sorry i typed skills rather then spells at certain points i apologize for headaches.

If I'm not mistaken your wielder can level their skill in a magic school that is not produced by their troops. Having both magic skills leveled increases the level of a combination spell.

The only magic choices i get are of the factions own primary magic. unless your talking about an older version of the game or i am very very unlucky with my skill rolls.
