"Affected by" effects tooltip?

Is there a way to see what an effect does?

For example, I have troops Affected by: Momentum
What does that do exactly? There's no tooltip when you mouse over the effect.

Nevermind, found it.

You have to mouse over the green or red chevrons at the bottom right of the unit to have the tooltips.
