(SPOILERS) What happened to Clementine's red jacket?

In the sequence after Clementine supposedly turns, she is going through a castle to save AJ. She was wearing a red jacket. She looked SO cool in that red jacket. I'd like to know what happened to it? If anyone even knows what happened to it. I think it would have made Clementine more badass throughout the whole game is she still wore it.

I'm pretty sure it's the same one she wears in season 3, so she probably just grew out out of it.

Quite possibly. But maybe she lost it? That's what I think. Maybe it got too ripped as she grew? It did already have some holes in it

She outgrew it and replaced it with her Silver Stallion Motorcycle Club Jacket(S.S.M.C.). She was 13 in season 3 and 17-18 in the final season.

Yeah, it would make the most sense. The texture looked like some kind of thick canvas material for some weird reason.

Nothing happened to it. She didn't grow out of it. She didn't lose it. It didn't get damaged or too old. A design choice was made and a different one was drawn, which is neither cloth nor leather as it also doesn't exist.

It's a characterisation. Not entirely literal and yet fitting. My response was general, not aimed at anyone in particular. Simple observation of human nature: people rarely object to flattery. The converse is also true. Would we really having a discussion if you didn't feel slighted by my the fact that I pointed out the obvious omission to the fantasy in which you dwell?
