We have met other characters who had limbs cut off and they survived
Just because Lee died doesn't mean Clem would die
Even if chopping her lower leg off stopped the infection (honestly all signs indicated it had already progressed far beyond her leg) then she'd still be bleeding out in a shack surrounded by walkers with only a five year old for help. I mean maybe AJ could have gone for help, but I feel like Clem would have bled out by the time any help arrived, and we've seen walkers break through barriers far stronger than those doors AJ shut so it shouldn't have made a difference either way.
All in all the episode still had a few good moments, the bridge scene was good, and if you let Lilly live then I like that you can take the moral high ground and leave her "shamed" in the results. The way I see it, living a life of shame is a bigger punishment dying proud. Still, overall the episode felt a bit anticlimactic to me.
They generally had help. They weren't stranded in a flimsy building with no supplies and surrounded by walkers.
I told Aj he was not ready and Clem still survived so it does not change anything
You see, why would they even bother with that entire if i get bit scene? Or that scene in barn, her eyes were clearly looked a lot like she was turning, but magically the infection dissapeared?
Telling him he's not ready does determine whether or not he'll shoot Tenn or let Louis/Violet die saving Tenn though. So it really just determines who dies on the bridge.
There's no option for having Clementine be dead at the end, not counting game overs anyways.
