Clem said her fighting days are over, but I really doubt that. I don't imagine her walking on crutches forever. She was lucky to keep her knee. Shouldn't be too hard to craft a peg leg for her. She should even be able to run, albeit slowly. With some trial and error they might even be able to make her a prosthetic foot.

I already made a discussion about this but I'd love a little episode 5 epilogue where you get to choose important not life or death choices, for lack of a better example getting married or something

I mean, they built Dale a prosthetic leg in the comic series, and he seemed to be doing pretty okay with it.
