It popped for me after the flashback at the Mccarel Ranch,

Update: It would appear Time Bomb is either also story related, or by specifically killing zombie tenn... not sure if you get it from luring him away with the rock, I shot him.

No it popped for me after shooting zombie tenn, not sure if you get it for luring him away

I got time bomb for luring Tenn away.

It can't be related to Walker Tenn, he didn't turn at all in my playthrough (Louis died to save him) and I got that achievement anyways.

you can get time bomb if tenn lives OR dies

if tenns alive he catches it, and if tenns dead rosie catches clementine's hat instead
