So what happened to Javi and Richmond? (spoilers)
I probably missed something here but all Clem says in the final act is basically this

"Yeah, it's a warzone over here so let's forget about Javi and our friends over at Richmond who could probably help us out and help raise AJ...Nahh let's just go out adventuring and risk our lives again for no reason at all"

Then she stumbles upon this group of strange kids and suddenly she likes it there and wants to stay with AJ. Was this just to write Season 3 out of the storyline or something? Or because of the negative fan reaction to Season 3?

I know, it's really stupid especially after Clem asking Javi to learn her and AJ about baseball.

As far as we know, Javier and what's left of his family are still alive and in Richmond. Honestly, I'd love another game from the perspective of Javier Garcia. People can ♥♥♥♥ on this game all they want, but Javier was a great character imo.

Javier is indeed a great character but honestly i think the story from his perspective with his family is complete, he would be a great father for both Clem and AJ and thats what i was hoping to see, them reunite and interact again.

I'm not gonna lie I enjoyed Season 3 way more than the Final Season because of things like this and it had so much better side characters in my opinion.

Yeah, even so he was like a father to Gabe and Mariana and they loved him.

Clem was like 11 when she raised AJ and acted as his mom even though in this season she looks more like a big sister and terrible mom in my opinion.

My problem with this plothole is just that it doesn't make any sense. Why would Clem not try to go back to Richmond, wouldn't she be worried about her friends and vice versa? What about AJ growing up without a father figure or any friends it's frustrating really.

I liked season 3 it really took back the old perspective of season 1 and 2 not like season 4 the only thing I like about season 4 is the flashbacks

She says why in the Episode 4 flashback: "Can't get back to Richmond... this whole area is a warzone."
Makes sense after what she just witnessed. That whole scene was ♥♥♥♥♥♥. If they would have made it a choice, I'd have moved on as well (and I actually like Javi).

I still think they all should pack all their things in school and move to Richmond. I do believe they would have better future there.

It’s mentioned in a flashback that with the way things are at that moment they couldn’t, as we all agree the Clementine comic didn’t happen, I like to imagine the were eventually able to get back there, convinced everyone at the school to pack things up and move to Richmond. In my head canon she helps lead Richmond as a member of whatever system Javi set up, and fill her time by teaching a survival class at the Richmond School. I also like to think AJ now spends his time as Captain of the Richmond guard.

If walking dead were to ever continue it should leave Clems story alone.

Her journey is over and she has her happy ending and I don’t want that being compromised by a potentially bad season.

There are other characters walking dead could continue from.

The loose ends that are Molly, Mike, Arvo, the surviving Richmond cast and Lilly are all possible routes the story could take.

Also the 400 days characters who were built up for no reason and thrown away.

I get what you mean but honestly if TellTale ever develops a TWD 2 it should not be about Clem nor anybody she met and hopefully they won't make the same mistakes by centering every single issue around one person, Clementine.
