Right, but it's meant to have every RELEVANT choice. You can't tell me that either staying with Kenny or entering Wellington is not relevant. It hasn't even been asked in the story builder although it was one of the most influencial choices in Clems journey what influenced so many things. They act like Wellingtion and the choice has never existed.
Pretty much nothing about our choices in S3 have been asked. So it turns out S3 was pointless. That's stupid as well.
The story builder of season 3 was actually very well done. It was not cinematic like the new S4 story builder, but it was simple, precise and it had all relevant choices from the previous seasons so we could actually recreate the backstory of Clem fairly precisely. But the new one is not precise at all.
Kenny or Jane paths are not relevant in the eyes of Telltale, since they killed both in a cheap cutscene in New Frontier, and yes, the only thing so far about NF are a couple of comments about Javi and Gabe. So far the decisions made in previous games are pointless.
Welcome to every Telltale game ever made. Enjoy your stay.
First scenario:
Adam doesn't like Clementine.
Adam belittles Clementine at any chance he gets.
Bad guy aims his gun at Clementine
Adam jumps in front of Clementine, taking the bullet for her because of how bad he felt by insulting her so reedeming himself.
Second scenario:
Adam likes Clementine.
Adam compliments Clementine at any chance he gets.
Bad guy aims gun at Clementine.
Adam jumps in front of Clementine, taking the bullet for her because she loved her.
The ending will always be the same, the only thing that changes are the dialogues.
PD: The truth is not free, i will PM you my paypal, 5 dollars minimum.
I know, that's the reason why i didn't buy any other Telltale games, i just want to see how this story will end, out of nostalgia and care for the characters, now being Clementine the only one alive that i care about.
It still was one of the biggest and most impactful decisions for Clem that should have been implemented into the story builder.
I get that it's up to them how to write and continue the story but Telltale is known for creating games in which ''choices matter''. So major impactful choices should be taken into consideration during development and not just completely left out and erased like they did with Wellington, what was (I think most will agree with me on that) the best written ending out of all from S2.
I buy them but only after all episodes are out and when they are like 50% off.
They are fun for a single playthrough because then you have the illusion that your choices matter.
Only if you replay the games do you really notice that 99% of the content is railroaded no matter what you do.
Sure, they are all like that. Well with the exception of the big AAA David Cage games like "Detroit : Become Human" or "Heavy Rain". Those have real diverging storylines depending on your choices.
But they also have the budget for it and cost 60 bucks.
