Is "virtual synth" feature implemented now?

Hello. The description says I can use external virtual instrument (VST?). But Early Access frame kinda says that it's only planned. So, can I switch from terrible windows synth to Pianoteq in this game at the current moment?

Fully configurable?

Are there settings to change any key to any sound from any of the MIDI instruments? Such as each key being from a different instrument? Also, can you add your own sounds and MIDI?
