Can't find RE25

Apparently I need to replace an RE25 (it's the third mission), but I can't find it anywhere. I've easily located a bunch of RE20s, but so far no RE25.

I'd really like to know where it is so I don't spend the next hour or two dismantling and reattaching parts. Unscrewing parts is so slow in this game (when compared to other titles, like CMS 2018) that I don't want to do the "take apart everything and see what I can find" approach unless absolutely necessary.

EDIT: I found it. In case anyone else is wondering, it's in the third left wheel actuator (assuming the arm is the front of the vehicle).
