I thought the same thing at first, but it turns out that exit is not there unless you pick up the oar. So technically it is a secret, but it's a very easy one to find, especially since there's an achievement urging you to look for it

Damn. Yea, when I saw the achievement pop I was a bit disapointed.

the only Exit that would cool is stealing all the submarines plan and escape with the sub

I unlocked the exit through the challenge but then i can't use it on Contracts/ET mode, is that a bug or they locked it through the challenge only?

That would suck since Dolphin Exit is avaiable anytime for example :/

It's not a bug ffs. it's the way they intended it, whether we like it or not.

The fish fountain exit is useful. This one is gimmicky, since we have the boat literally next to it.
