Is there any elegant way to finish the Three Course Dinner challenge?

I know how to make Rico Delgado walk himself to the hippo, but by feeding with the other two targets I have to clear a path and drag them all the way to the pool.

Kill martinez in construction site during the ritual when everyone has their sight on the bone pit，drag her body through the nearby tunnel leading to the hippo，only two guards are present in the tunnel.

For Jorge lure him in the tunnel with cocaine，then again drag him to the hippo through the tunnels，still have to kill a few patroling guards but way better than to drag him above ground.

Really late to the party, but I managed to get this challenge and an SA rating on Master difficulty by knocking out the entire construction site, the tunnels between the construction site and the mansion and around half the mansion people, mostly the guys/girls partying outside next to the dock. Took me 1h34m around 30 restarts and A LOT of patience.

Why did you bother doing it in master? Or even with an SA? Neither of those was required. Should only take 15 minutes if you do it efficiently.
