Just like how you're unable to kill targets with melee weapons because they're knocked down on the ground.
At least for the latter, you can throw the weapon at the unconscious target's head.
You can drown unconscious NPCs by dragging their bodies to flooded areas in Sapienza, Hokkaido and Mumbai but you can't drag their heads into toilet bowls.
Which makes it seem pretty weird that it isn't in the game. Considering the fact that the only actual difference between Hitman 2016 and Hitman 2 is the camera angle, on top of that they also managed to include a simple briefcase animation as well.
It's not even an animation you would have to do by recording people in green bodysuits, you can just link the drag animation to the toilet drowning animation. Just like how the fibrewire choke is linked to the drag animation. It should be a simple, straightforward procedure which requires barely finetuning. Who even are these devs? Cus they're kinda bad at their jobs.
I fully agree. Being able to do whatever you want with a body is not what this game is about. This isn't Manhunt or Soldier of Fortune.
You shouldn't be using printf() in C++, TBH :D
