Fragile Alliance
Make Roman Khabko kill Vitaly Reznikov and subsequently try to run away on his own.

and

Second Shooter
Summon assistance by shooting locker 137.





Any clue on how to get these two?

I would assume for the second one you have to shoot locker 137

Yeah, shoot Locker #137 to open it, located in the main building (flag, soviet star, Reznikov, etc.) on the 2nd floor, left-most window. Then wait for a familiar character to appear.

Only works in singleplayer, he also appears in MP, but it doesn't grant you the achievement.


No idea for "fragile alliance", though.

Here is how I did 'Fragile Alliance':
- start the riot right away by shooting the red main gate (shoot the box through the tiny window in the door)
- shoot both clothes bags to save time
- Khabko will make a run for the main building followed by his guard
- lure the guard to the left of the first door they run through, take him out so his body is hidden in the snow
- Reznikov will make a run for the prison area followed by his guard
- lure both guards from the entrance of the main building to the snow on the left and kill and hide their bodys before Khabko gets there
- when Khabko is waiting in front of the door escalate the riot a bit by opening all the inner gates
- soon Reznikov will retreat to the main building
- make sure to take Reznikov's guard out and hide the body before they reach the entrance of the main building
- Reznikov will run into Khabko and they will start to argue, then Khabko loses his temper and kills Reznikov

Note: If you didn't kill the guards before, they will intervene and both targets will eventually retreat inside...
