Lights Out in Paris Bugged?

I've read the list, took out Sato, and investigated the winch, now I've been waiting forever and models are no longer going on the runway. Its just Helmut and the other people. Novikov just does his normal routine and doesnt change.

you have to babysit him

it's easier if you grab helmuts outfit and just follow him around until he talks to all the models saying something like 'since sato is gone i'll go on stage' then follow him to the stage, wait a minute untill he starts to walk on and you are good to go.

He did two and a half circuits before he talked to the models for me. it seems you have to hear bits of his dialog before he will even attempt to go on stage

That makes things a lot more challenging since I'm trying to bring the lights down on him. I'll try that tomorrow and get back.

it's actually easy, nobody suspects you as helmut, you can shadow him anywhere and once he goes on stage you have more than enough time to run upstairs and jump out of dalias window and climb over to the lights.
