Remote explosive ??

i dont have this item in my mission planning is there anything i have to do to get it ?

If you don't unlock items, you aren't going to have them. All items are listed in mastery or challenges, or here:

For the initial training mission, there is a single ICA remote explosive on the table to the left of the starting location, along with 3 coins and a lockpick.

Otherwise, it is all locked away behind location mastery.

Several missions have one somewhere on the map, there's one in the attic with the security team in Paris for example, or in the safe of the security office in Miami, etc.

He specifically asked how to get one for mission planning though.
