Since I can't find my Crystal ball right now, I cannot tell you how much time you will need to play through them.
So ... :P
A location can be considered "completed" when you achieved the Mastery Level 20 on it and it will take approximately 50 hours for the new locations, after this you can go for 100% which will take ??? number of hours as Hitman not really a complete all the missions and done game.
Gold ed gives access to 2 future expansions, they didnt announce how many new locations each one will add.
How many hours you will play depends a lot if you want to 100% the game probably a lot if you just play the missions one time and complete them in whatever way not caring about stealth, probably not much.
If you do the missions, and try different styles, and go achievements, it goes up a magnitude.
I am looking forward to the upcoming DLC I prepurchased, (hope it is good).
Game is worth full price (except I completely aggree about punishing it for the always online and buying it later on sale).
But i have an another question:
I read that Hitman 2 includes missions from Hitman (2016) as a bonus, is that correct?
You will get the missions from the first game (every main mission + every additional missions and some escalations, tho not all escalations are in the game yet) if you own the first season. If you own the Patient Zero pack, you'll also get those missions
