Yeah but I think getting it from Dexter is safer cuz you can hide his body. Especially since I am rooting for Silent Assassin.

The maintenance worker outside the helipad also carries cigarettes if you're coming from the mountain pass.

Also note the game has mission stories which give you a direction on how to kill targets and complete challenges.

while in game, press F1 and select which mission stories you want to play. the game will guide you or provide hints on how to kill targets. A idea bulb will appear with instructions, follow it.

Umm I already searched his room but couldn't find it. Probably because I am playing in master difficulty. Do you know any other location where I can obtain it?

You can also kill the farmer guy down under the helicopter platform (not the one nearby in the snow). He will start smoking and you cna down him for the pack of cigars

That site is incredibly useful, but as far as I can tell there is no alternate version for master difficulty. Following links to Situs Inversus mission gets this map:

(According to that site there is also a pack of cigarettes on the top floor in the room with the briefcase, next to the "Rehabilitation Supervisor" office.)

Unless the challenge/achievement actually specifies professional or master difficulty, they can all be done on casual, even the [REDACTED] ones.

an easy way to do SASO on master (though there may be people who call it cheesy, though it works) is if you have Hokkaido at map mastery level 20(to allow bringing gear with you), the shaman powder and electrecution (cant seem to spell it) phone unlocked, and use the shaman powder to kill sodors thru the wall (make sure no one sees you toss it, as tossing it is an illegal act) (interesting note about the shaman powder, if the people its tossed at are already pacified, die under the effect, everyone else is just accidentally pacified), and give the phone to yuki yamazaki.

According to Amos Dexter's phone conversation with Theresa, he had a thing for Yuki Yamazaki but she ignored him when he tried talking to her. Maybe if he thought to offer her a pack of cigarettes, he might just have won her over.

I stated I was playing on master because some items change locations according to difficulty.

All I care about SASO is completing it. So I don't mind if it is cheesy or not. But unfortunately I am still not at mastery level 20 on Hokkaido and also don't have that powder. But I will try it once I have the prerequisites.
