That's a contract within an Elusive Target setting, including the starting position lockout and the actual Target w/ Story content.

I found 5 elusives targets in Contract mode. It's possible by bypassing the cert pinning and by modifying the requests between the client and the server to submit a custom contract. But the modder didn't want to put them online...

IOI is aware of that since this week-end I think.

I found that in less than 5 minutes, maybe all the targets are hidden in the contract search. Search on each map, then proceed next page, next page, next page to find an ET contract.

Kinda, you can play the elusive targets this way but you don't get any of the rewards for it

Wow this is awesome. I've owned the game since launch and I never bothered to try out contracts or ET's so it's nice to finally be able to play them after missing out! I always hate timed events in singleplayer games, the idea of that is just bizarre to me. Final Fantasy XV does the same as well, but those are usually collaborative events with other games so I guess they had to get rid of it after a while (Same with FF XIV). Hopefully these stay up, added them all to my favorites.I also just noticed that a bunch of them are on the "Most played this week" list as well, more than just those 5 above

With as many complaints about the elusive contracts levels as this forum contains, I'm really surprised this thread hasn't gotten a lot more comment. These contracts don't give any of the unlockables, true, but they do allow unlimited replay of the ET levels, and that's a good thing. This might actually be a not-too-bad way to permanently fix the ET issue so many people seem to have. Make the timed, reward-based ET available for a week or so and then move that content into the contracts mode so it can be replayed ad nauseum.

They already know, they replied on hitmanforum.com that the contracts have been de-published one week ago but it didn't work so they gave up. IOI is focus on Hitman 3 right now and they don't want to get messed up with an Hitman 2 patch.

This is really all I wanted. If they are going to go to the effort of putting in Elusive Targets then at least let us play them. Nobody cares that much about missing the rewards but we desperately want to try out more IOI created content.

I am perfectly happy with not getting any rewards as long as I can assassinate the targets in contract mode.

Although I did managed to kill Sean Bean with the pen through his eye lmao. Only elusive target I ever got bc normally I didn't even care about ET but seeing as it was Sean Bean I couldn't let that one pass me by.

It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ if they try to depublish them. Absolutely no reason to take away content that's over and done with. We all accept that the rewards are now unavailable but why take away content they put a lot of effort into?

That being said I still DESPISE timed rewards in ANY game but especially in single player ones like Hitman which is my favorite series of all time.

I'm pretty sure that the elusive targets will be available at the end of season 3 on an unlimited basis. Be patient. But in the meantime, these are timed events.
