How do i kill Erich soders with a katana?

Unless a challenge names a target or a mission, it can be done in a contract; in fact that one is specifically designed to be done in a contract. The very first instruction of the challenge is "complete a contract"

Somehow I managed to complete the groom challenge by killing Yuki with the katana and Erich by destroying the replacement heart...
