how do i get the digital scanner?

im on one of the last few missions at the bank and near the end i need a digital encrypter/scanner tool to get through a door, and i dont have it. how do i unlock it? i think there may be another way through the door, but i seen people do it with the decryptor tool and thats how i want to do it. how do i get that tool?

There are key cards for all doors at the location, you just have to find them.

Otherwise you can unlock the electronic key hacker (isle of sgail mastery 7) or disposable scrambler (challenge unlock colorado), they both do the same thing

thank you very much! I see people saying you can get a disposable scrambler tool in the hokaido mission, does that mean that if i pick it up in that mission it will unlock for me and i can select it for other missions?

thank you very much! I see people saying you can get a disposable scrambler tool in the hokaido mission, does that mean that if i pick it up in that mission it will unlock for me and i can select it for other missions?

Items are unlocked via mastery levels or in some cases by completing challenges, simply picking up an item in a level will not unlock it to bring in.
