EDIT:
A little bit of actual google searching very quickly reveals that Hitman 2 has never supported ray tracing, it was supposed to support DLSS (but apparantly that never happened either)

Games that were supposed to support DLSS:
EDIT 2: and apparently not even all of these games got the planned upgrades either
Not like it would matter, the game is blurry enough as it is compared to 2016.
I never really kept up with it, so I suppose DLSS was dropped as well, but even if DLSS had been implemented, it's not ray tracing (which is what was asked about)
Regardless all I can find are the lists of what games were supposed to support which, I don't know which ones failed to follow through

Yea, I think a lot of the early RTX/DLSS stuff was pretty deceptive. I'm very likely to skip the entire 20xx series of cards, the last time i bought an upgrade was a few years ago during the 10xx series with a 1080 and it's been good enough and will likely be good enough for a couple more years.
We'll see what the next generation of cards brings whether I feel the need to upgrade in another couple years
Maybe because they were aware of the new iteration. DLSS 2.0 is out now, so there's no point in wasting time on the old tech which requires a game-by-game calculation, DLSS 2.0 doesn't need this anymore.
Hitman 3 will probably have the new version of this tech.
