Elusive Target unlocks

I've just come close to finishing Professional Level Mastery on Hitman (2016) on all levels and recently I realized that I've missed out on Elusive Targets which are now gone forever.

That wouldn't be as hurtful if they didn't keep the gloved variants of my favorite suits behind the unlock wall in elusive targets. Are you kidding me!!

Going through the wiki I see the good unlockable suits and rewards are still based on Elusive targets in this game. What I'd like to know is, if I buy this game now will I:-

• Be able to access past elusive targets?
  
• If not, how many more elusive targets are upcoming?
  
• Will elusive targets return?
  
• Will the unlocks have some other way of unlocking?

-There are 2 this month, The Politician on the 10th and The Serial Killer on the 23rd (they usually stick around for a week iirc) and there is one more left after that who will likely come sometime next month.

Welp there goes my chance. I guess I'll just have to deal with the other enormous amount of content at my disposal and not obsess over the gloves.

Technically from elusives you can still get:

Suburban Suit with driving gloves – complete any elusive target in Whittleton Creek (serial killer)
Florida Fit with gloves – complete any elusive target in Miami (The Undying Returns)
Tuxedo and Mask with gloves – complete any elusive target on the Isle of Sgail (The Stowaway)
Terminus Suit – complete 1 elusive target with a Silent Assassin rating (any location)
Absolution Suit with gloves – complete 3 elusive targets (any location)

And what would have been elusive target rewards but was moved to escalations:

Imperial Classic with gloves – Moved to Escalation Reward The Divine Descendance (Mumbai)
Tactical Wetsuit (has gloves) – Play The Mills Reverie escalation (Hawke's Bay)


And then there's the other unlocks with gloves:

Classic All-Black Suit – Complete All Classic Challenges on Professional (or Master) difficulty
Phantom Suit – Kill 100 targets without being noticed while competing in Ghost Mode
Cashmerian Suit (with gloves) – Complete The Dubious Cohabitation escalation mission (Mumbai)
The New Yorker with Gloves – Unlocked at Level 15 (New York)
Snow Festival Suit (with gloves) – Complete Hokkaido Snow Festival (seasonal) mission
Santa 47 – Complete Secret Santa Challenge Pack in Holiday Hoarders (seasonal) mission

And then the ones with gloves you get just for owning stuff:

Winter Sports Suit (with gloves) – Expansion Pass Equipment (Winter Sports Pack)
Requiem Suit (Blood Money, White) – (Legacy Pack)
Raven Suit – (GOTY Legacy Pack)
Corky the Clown Suit – (GOTY Legacy Pack)

There's more suits than that but they don't have gloves
