Mumbai mission shaving sequence broken

This opportunity seems to be bugged to high hell. No matter what I do, Maelstrom leaves almost immediately. At first I wanted to listen to his shtick, but his guards being there seems to make him leave instantly. I tried telling the guard no to a shave, but he glitched inside of the doorway and got stuck until he just decided to walk out for no reason.

Someone PLEASE help me I just want to finish this horrible mission

you have to shave him first, i've done the achivement today.
pratically you have to do two saves, in the first shave malestorm, in the second you have to kill him.
or try to do the achivement without save, i know some route will bug if you load the save

See I tried that though, he just jumps out of the chair the moment he gets in. I don't understand why and I've tried reloading numerous times, nothing works.

You have to kill him during the shave not after, I've seen videos on this exact kill and they always killed him during the shave even after he gave his dialog that the OP's talking about.

I found on this one if you do not shave the maelstrom you only get 14/15 you have to shave him first or as soon as he walks up or he wont return for a shave. You can kill him in the chair move him to the back room and hide his body and finish the challenge.

Again, that is the issue. He doesn't give me the option to kill him. It's fine though, I just shot him in the head with a silverballer the moment he sat down.
