Annoying Miami glitch
Running into a weird and annoying glitch in Miami that makes it impossible to call up Sierra Knox for the "Intravenous" story mission. Any solution to this?

Are you in the right disguise? Are you waiting until the race is over?

I'm disguised as the medic and the race has been over for a good 5 or so minutes now. I can see Sierra milling around the map in instinct but can't call her over the intercom because the "press G to call Sierra" option never appears. Weird and frustrating bug.

Did you get rid of the medic and the racing driver in the room? Because otherwise you can not call Sierra on the intercom.

Got rid of the medics by luring one into the adjacent room and then knocking out the other one. And since I didn't get caught knocking out either of them I'm guessing the driver that was sitting on the waiting chair was somehow gone by then? I'll try this one again later today and see if the issue persists.

Yes you can, because you can poison the bag and let the medic do it without you. You only need to get rid of the driver so that the room is available (And that only requires you to turn on the water so he goes)

So I tried this again and it worked. I'm 99% sure that it's a minor glitch that triggers if you don't do all the steps in order because the first time I tried it, I brought my own poison syringe which meant that I skipped the "Find a poison syringe" stage and went straight for the mic. For some reason the game seems to get confused at that point and moves on to "Call Sierra" but without fully loading up the ability to call Sierra as an option under the microphone. None of the other story missions have this quirk; they all handle players skipping steps just fine. "Intravenous" though seems to be finicky about that transition from finding the syringe to heading over to the intercom. Thanks anyway for your help though guys.

I had a similar issue with "Intravenous", where I couldn't call up Sierra because I hadn't removed the medic, and so the game wouldn't let me summon her. While I was standing at the microphone trying (the prompt was present but wouldn't react, I think), the medic walked up and called her over. She came, but it didn't update my progress in the mission story, so I had to retry again later.

So I think there's either a step *missing* of "remove the medic", or the calling Sierra step should be skipped if the medic calls her on your behalf. Either way, it's overly-sensitive to the parallel "make the medic do it". That's the only Mission Story I recall off-hand that will complete itself after you trigger the start, so it is probably related to that.

I'm still working through Season 2 though, so I can't rule out the same situation in later missions.
