Patient Zero Sniper Assassin...impossible?

The scenario:

* Sniper Assassin = must not be spotted.
* All infected people need to be killed to finish the mission.

So... no matter how fast I am here, the infected target starts spreading his disease to nearby NPC's (first staff not wearing hazmat suits, then others)

This causes an avalanche of new targets to pop up, ending with me having to kill between 10-20 targets...without getting spotted.

Should I just get a trainer for this single challenge...?

That's exactly what I have been doing so far; even if I get the woman in the staircase, she gets someone else infected anyway for some reason.
I can't start with a sniper, and the briefcase isn't available there.
So only way to get it is smuggle it into the garage, which I don't have time running to.

Apparently, Silent Assassin for Patient Zero in general right now is hella bugged by some dude jumping off a mountain right at the start; at least this challenge's possible

Depending on how long you take there are 2 people who will start the infection chain. First is a nurse that comes down the stairs and the second is a doctor a few minutes later. If you are going to be slow while completing this mission you will need to be aware of both of them and stop them from being infected. Both use that same side staircase and come from an upper floor, both can be knocked out and dragged down under the stairs and left off to the side on the way to the basement (though you'll need to be aware of the guards heard turning outside as he looks in the glass door occasionally while you are dragging bodies around)

Done the long way you can knock out both of those girls and take as long as you want

The alternative is if you know the map well and can go quickly you can run down the side of the building, in through the garage, retrieve your weapon and come up the back way into the morgue security room. From there you'll need to lure the guard out.

The easy way is to drop a gun at the bottom of the stairs, make some noise, he'll come out and see it, then just knock him out when he isn't looking. There's many alternate ways to do this and you have the notch in the wall to hide from him even if you are doing this suit only.

Once he's knocked out you can easily knock out the morgue doctor and now you have pretty much free access up and down the stairs with any weapon you retrieved and can watch for those two girls to come down.

But again, if you can't do the weapon retrieval and guard knock out fast enough you are safer to go in the stairs and knock out the girls first then go around the long way.

Also note: even if the infection spreads, you can still complete it silent assassin, but you'll need to take out many extra targets (and if you were trying to do this sniper only you'll run out of bullets trying to kill the entire map)

Stop the nurse at the start getting infected at the start and you don't need to worry, then just grab a hazmat suit and have a sniper in the briefcase, walk into the patients room and shoot him when he returns, then find an chance to do the same to the scientist target.
And iirc if someone does get infected you only need to kill the two main targets with the sniper, any additional targets can be killed however and it doesn't break sniper assassin.

Nice, I was playing it safe by having them in a secluded area where I could take them out risk free. I think I ended up luring the doctor into another room and knocking him out then shooting him.
